Serving the World

< Back To Serving

Since 2011 ACC’s mission in Brazil has been to share God’s love with the Brazilian people. ACC is committed to building long-term relationships with the community and spreading the gospel in economically underdeveloped areas. In particular, ACC mostly works with the children at Casa da Graça, a temporary shelter for local girls from underprivileged families outside of Sao Paulo. The shelter was founded in September of 2008 by Korean missionaries and currently houses girls aged 3-12 from the local favelas (slums). Many of these girls have been neglected, abused, or suffered from extreme poverty. The girls are in a vulnerable state of circumstances and ACC’s mission is to get involved in their lives to help them in the long run.
